Shipping:
At Lootcity.in, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and safely. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes approximately 7 days from the date of dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 5 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in its original packaging.

Please note that shipping costs for returns may apply unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
